By accessing and using TACTIQ (tactiq.soccer), you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before signing.
1. About the service
TACTIQ is a digital platform for soccer tactical content. We offer training sessions, drills, and strategies in digital format, accessible via subscription.
2. Signature
- Access to premium content requires a paid subscription—either monthly ($9.99/month) or annual ($79.99/year).
- Payment is securely processed by Stripe.
- The subscription does not automatically renew. When the contracted period expires, access is terminated, and the subscriber can choose to renew manually.
- There are no refunds after payment confirmation.
3. Use of Content
- All TACTIQ content is copyrighted.
- It is permitted to use the content for personal and professional purposes — apply the sessions in your training and share with your technical team.
- It is prohibited to reproduce, sell, redistribute, or publish TACTIQ content without express authorization.
4. User account
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- Each subscription is personal and non-transferable – sharing access with third parties is not permitted.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
5. Service Availability
We do our best to keep the service available 24 hours a day, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or due to external factors.
6. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of the service after changes implies acceptance of the new terms.
7. Applicable legislation
These terms are governed by Brazilian legislation. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent court of a judicial district in Brazil.
